	Board of Directors Boston User Groups, Inc. a non-profit corporation (and soon IRS 501c6) with corporate filings in Massachusetts.   Boston User Groups, Inc. was issued Federal Tax ID# 26-0005701. This Board of Directors was created to represent significant diversity in terms of both geographic locations and technology orientations.  Leaders of affiliated user groups are considered as Executive Members and have one vote, while members of individual user groups become non-voting Associate Members by simple participation with the affiliated user group.  The intentions and desires of Associate Members will be represented by the vote of their respective Executive Member.  Gold Members are Associate Members have also contributed their financial resources to Boston User groups as a central organization, usually by participation in event-oriented activities.
